Christians are called to shine as a light in this world.
It is also said that Christians are protesters against death (Christoph Blumhardt).
Against everything that destroys life. Against all darkness.
Christians are bearers of hope.
Hopeful and faithful and joyful.
This is sometimes so much against the logic of the world that it seems absurd or curious to some.
But it is the only "currency" we have:
Not to be offset, not to be generated, not to be negotiated - but given as a gift like the rising light of the sun. New every morning.
